"Leading Teams the Right Way"
Northwest KY Forward is proud to sponsor another four-hour workshop presented by Kentucky Manufacturing Assistance Center on Wednesday, October 28th. The program will begin with 7:30 a.m. registration and buffet breakfast, followed by the workshop from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Pre-registration is strongly suggested and there is no fee for our existing businesses.
Teams are an integral part of the business workforce. Teams develop solutions more creative and innovative; use resources more efficiently; improve their ability to implement change; have employees who are more committed to their work and businesses experience higher employee morale.
Who should attend? Line Supervisors, Project Leaders, Managers and Senior Leaders to name a few. This workshop is geared to be interactive and improve the skills and abilities of participants to effectively lead teams such as work teams, continuous-improvement teams and project teams.
Upon completion of the workshop you will know how to build more successful teams; understand how to lead teams to function effectively; be able to identify your own team-player style; be able to apply different methods of team decision making and understand how to lead teams to move through various stages of development.
