Kevin was hired in July 2005 to form Northwest Kentucky Forward.  He is responsible for organization management and business attractiont.  He has more than 15 years experience in economic development in Kentucky and Tennessee.  He has lead organizations that have received several honors including the LG&E Community Innovation Award and the US Department of Commerce’s Excellence in Economic Development Award.  Kevin is a graduate of Union University and is a past president of the Kentucky Association of Economic Developers (KAED).

 

 

Cj Maple, PHR

Manager, Existing Business - Email

Cj oversees Northwest Kentucky Forward’s aggressive program for assisting existing business and industry.  Prior to joining NWKF, Cj spent 18 years in Human Resources and Safety primarily in manufacturing environments.  She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has obtained her PHR.  Additionally, she holds 3 current OSHA certifications.  Cj completed IEDC’s Business Retention and Expansion Course and is a member of KAED.

 

 

 

Sue Gibbens, CEcD

Executive Vice President, Henderson - Email

Sue works for Community Ventures Corporation, NWKF’s partner in offering entrepreneurship services in the region.  Sue has an extensive background in banking and economic development having served in positions across Kentucky and Indiana.  She is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma and earned her Certified Economic Developer status in 2000.  Sue is a member of KAED and IEDC.

 

 

 

Mary Anne Williams

Office Manager - Email

Mary Anne has worked for NWKF and its predecessor, the Henderson Economic Development Council, since January 2000.  She is a native and long-time resident of Northwest Kentucky.  She has worked for several businesses in the Henderson area and is the one responsible for keeping the team on track at NWKF.  Also, Mary Anne is the pleasant voice one hears when they call NWKF.  Call today and talk to Mary Anne.

 

Ellie Wright

Coordinator, Education & Worforce Development - Email

Ellie joined NWKF in January 2010.  In her role, Ellie works with local schools, businesses, and community members to encourage involvement and higher expectations.  Additionally, she works to encourage lifelong learning and skills advancement in the incumbent workforce.  Ellie is a proud Henderson County native, University of Southern Indiana graduate, and very involved in a number of community organizations and her church.

 

 

Danielle Crafton

Coordinator, Marketing & Communications- Email

Danielle began in the new position of Communications Coordinator in July 2010. She works to promote the work and message of Northwest Kentucky Forward to internal and external audiences. She coordinates all of NWKF's public relations, event marketing, and various websites. A native of Northern Kentucky, Danielle is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications.
