Nearly 400 Learn How to Get a Job!

The How to Get a Job employability fair was a HUGE success! More than 380 people attended the fair aimed at helping job seekers learn the best ways to find that new job.
It included sessions that provided updates and tips to help job seekers know what options were available to them. Session titles included:
- Financially Speaking,
- Dressing Up Your Act,
- Resumes and Cover Letters that Get Attention,
- Do You Have What It Takes to Get Through the Interview,
- What Do You Want to be When You Grow Up,
- Using the Internet in Your Job Search,
- Maximizing Your Job Search,
- Training Opportunities for Your Career, and
- Fire Your Boss!
Additionally, more than a dozen employers were taking applications and some were even hiring on the spot!
