Henderson County Fiscal Court Approves Local Incentive

The Henderson County Fiscal Court unanimously approved an $80,000 forgivable loan for a company considering locating in the county. The loan becomes a grant after 3 years if the company creates the agreed upon number of jobs. If not, the county can ask the company to pay back $2000/job plus interest for each job not created.
