Expanding Company Expanding More

Allstate Tower Company has purchased the Vincent Industrial Plastics facility in Henderson. The company had previously announced plans to construct approximately 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Henderson Corporate Park. However, the purchase of the VIP facility is allowing them to expand to 70,000 sq. ft. and offer 200,000 sq. ft. to lease.
