We recently closed our Northwest Kentucky Workforce Survey. This online survey sought to understand what companies thought of their current workforce, the applicant pool, and schools/colleges/training providers.
We sent links to the survey to all of the companies served by NWKF’s Existing Business program and we had 47% response rate! We will be analyzing the results over the next few weeks and then meeting with our education providers to discuss. We will also make the results available then.
Thanks to all of our companies for participating!
