Communicating with Different People Differently
Ever wonder why you “click” with some people and don’t “mesh” so well with others? The main reason is because we cannot have just one communication style. Instead, we need to “tweak” our communication according to who is in our audience (AKA our listeners). In the Communicating with Different People Differently workshop you will learn more about your communication style so you can better understand yourself. Then, you will learn about the other communication styles and gain strategies to see what you can do best to “blend” your communication and “meet in the middle” for successful communication. Our workplace is full of a variety of communication styles, and if we want to get our point across effectively, we need to be able to correspond with an assortment of people in an assortment of ways.
Please RSVP to results@northwestky.com for this event by Friday, February 3, 2012.
